They were very nice and pleasant.
After calling the about the prius Scott was prompt in answering all our questions. We ultimately purchased the car and were very pleased with the service. The only thing that we didn't like is the Zaktek coating fee added to the contract because they already put it on the car. It was 395.00. Even though you can have it redone for a few years for "free" we don't live anywhere near the dealership to so it's no use to use at all. Overall, they are all a very pleasant group of people to work with and we love the car.

I didn't go with this dealership. But they responded quickly and if I had more time I would have gone to them to look at the vehicle listed.
