Had a great experience working with Joseph up until Saturday when we were getting ready to come look at the jeep, then got a call from one of the mgrs and he said he bought it for his wife but found out it needed a lot of work. Told him ok, hubs is a mechanic we can work out a price we'll buy as is. Couple hours later we get call from a different mgr that days he can't sell it w/o fixing it and the price would now be $11,000. We told him no way. Really jerked us around

The service I received from the salesman and most of the process of the purchase was horrendous. Camarón the salesman was very unprofessional, The vehicle was promoted with a price. I was given a total price when one of the salesman called me before going to test drive the vehicle. After I tested the vehicle, he literally double the prices of the vehicle. He was charging me 2 different amounts and saying they were taxes on the vehicle. The people in charge of the financing were completely lost and kept calling me regarding i... read more

Antiquated sales and banking processes. Sales and finance is more concerned about meeting bank quotas than the need of the customer. Salesman Hugh McLaughlin is a wreck. Lied about when the car would be ready for shipping, costing me $150 in cancellation fees after the driver waited TWO DAYS. SIX DAYS later, Auto Transporter was the 1st person to tell me the car had a quarter of the bumper trim missing. I called and questioned Hugh he stated "yeah uh yeah that was on the video I sent you. You didn't see it?" This video never... read more

These guys are running a legalized con game. They put the price of the car at $4,774 and when you ask if that is the total price they say no, there is a $499 "doc" fee. OK, I understand that many dealers charge a doc fee, but now the price of the car is $5273. Still not too bad for what it is. Very low mileage 24 yr old classic. Then they add YOUR sales tax. And a "drive off tag". After negotiating the "total price" = $5273 + my st sales tax and the drive off tag fee, I give them $2,000 down. They sent me the paperwork after... read more

Horrible!!!! Shifty bunch. Won’t stop emailing me despite my repeated requests to stop. They lied to me the day I was there. I told them I only wanted to test drive a cargo van and NOT talk prices or numbers of any kind. They lured me inside and gave me a sheet with there numbers on it. The salesman who I didn’t want to talk to took good mask off while he was only 18” away from me. Careless!

At first my experience with Peoria Nissan seemed to be very natural as purchasing a vehicle normally would. After a while it had become unbelievable annoying and I felt that multiple associates from this location were beyond pushy and that they were just trying to earn commission from a sale. I say this because the first person I spoke with called me more than 15 times the first day!! Quite literally, that is far from exaggerating. I had to go to work after speaking to that specific individual, so I was unable to continue ou... read more

After finding 2 different vehicles, credit applications were submitted. Then Nothing! When I was not approved, they just blew me off. I had to contact them again to ask what was going on. I am sure if I was approved, I would have heard back within minutes. Running my credit twice, causing 8 inquiries caused my FICO to drop 70 points! Not A Fan!
