Awesome experience
A typical car dealership experience: "Josh", the salesman, was very helpful, nice, and not at all pushy. "Pete", in the finance department was ok to deal with too, but when he wasn't getting anywhere on trying to sell $2900 in extras for a warranty, etc., the big boss "Mitch" came in to put on the pressure tactics. When no eventually meant no, Mitch's body language made it VERY clear he was not a happy camper. Went to look at the car and right there they told me they would have to replace the engine, soo they wouldnt be able to sell the car anymore for the listed price.
Drove LX hybrid on lot. Wanted to drive next trim level in a hybrid. Salesman said he could have one on the lot in 1 hour. Next afternoon it arrives - it is NOT a hybrid. We left disappointed.
Would not even attempt to make a deal with me. Lowballed my truck (I got $3k more at another dealer). Told me there aren’t many GT-Rs out there and that the price had no room for negotiation. 2 days later the price drops $10k to much closer to where I wanted to be. Salesman didn’t even try.
we were ready to buy but salesman Angel was awful. I asked for pictures as we are 200 miles away. I got a five second video ("bro this vehicle is awesome") and then crickets. I asked again. Got another 5 second video. No answers to: tire sizes, undercarriage photos; does the winch work; photos of interior. Horrible, horrible service from lazy sales staff. Would not recommend.
They all just want to give me their #, and show me their inventory, but don't want to give me the information I requested on a certain vehicle. Will not purchase from a dealer like that
Seem nice at the beginning, but after I texted him the mileage on the car that I really wanted, after I found a finance Co. who pre-approved me for that car, he never call me back because the mileage was over 20,000 more on a picture on the car, then what's written, next day they corrected that discrepancy I still didn't hear from him again.
