Patrick failed to lock the interest rate due to "market change" and didn't even bother to let me know until 10 days after. Then he suggested to pay $5000 more in fees or go with higher interest rate. Lost $480 in appraisal fee working with him.

My orginal bank pulled the rug out from under me. Two weeks before closing they decided that they could not give me the loan after I already had the home inspected and scheduled the appraisal! I thought it was over until I called Jake. He ran the numbers and together we came up with a plan that got me to closing! All in under 30 days, only about a week after the original closing date, and got me a lower intrest rate! The only reason I have a home today is because of Jake Tunitis.

Five stars is not enough so 100% to this bro... read more

My experience with Perrenial funding, Sean Connolly and Jonathan Bahr, was challenging from the beginning. They promised that it would be a quick and easy process. They told me that my files were clean, then as the process dragged on and on asking for one thing after another. Communication became less and less. I was repeatedly told later this week or next week and weeks turned into months. In the end, I was hit with a lot of undisclosed fees but we already had begun construction and our contractor was waiting to be paid. Th... read more

Thanks, Mike! I'm glad we got the chance to work together. I think you had half the people in this office laughing, at one time or another! Thanks again for your service, and definitely keep in touch!
