Jordan helped me refinance my house and save a ton of money doing it!!! I never met him in person and did it all over the phone. He took the time to explain every aspect of the transaction and satisfactory answered all my questions. I was due to travel close to my closing date for work and even sent someone to my hotel room in Texas to finalize the paperwork. I highly recommend Jordan Donolow for any Mortgage transactions.

Helped me get a mortgage and a great rate lower, than I could find anywhere. Was always helpful, courteous and letting me know what was going on. I will use him again before I go to any one else. I'm a Veteran and he helped me understand , and get the best deal. I have passes his name on to other friends too.

Jordan helped me refinanced my home, which including collapsing my equity loan. He was exceptional, he was able to guide me throough the difficult process of having to deal with creditors, house repairs, interest rates, Vet's Affairs, etc. He was patient and encouraged me on a daily basis not to give up. I was most please with his knowledge, services, and people skills. I highly recommend him to any one that is trying to get a loan, he is the BEST!.

Kenneth Bean - Jordan was very professional in helping us refinance. Willing to go the second mile to get it done. My income situation was unique, and he was willing to understand it, make the contacts necessary and implement what he learned. He is very knowledgeable about loan refinance and helped us make some decisions that put us in a much better financial position. He had ways of contacting him whenever I needed a question answered. He just was excellent to work with; He got us over the finish line.

Dan has worked with me on two home refinances in the past year. The first took nearly 6 months, not any fault of Dan. He continued to work with me to make sure the deal was finished. Then knowing my plans for the future he continued to monitor my area for raising home prices coupled with the low interest rate called me a year later to help me get into the 30 year Fixed loan I was looking for. He never stopped working with me.

Timing is everything for a whole year he was waiting patiently on the sidelines he kept in touch and then the market went down to 2.8 % for 4 days we locked in.
