Jordon did a good job. However, I had some issues with underwriting demands during the loan application process. In addition, I did not like Perennial's insistence on selecting what creditors to pay. I now have to chase credit card companies to refund overpaid debts.

I spoke to Jordan after speaking with a few other lenders. The thing that set Jordan apart from the others was he listened and found the best situation for my goals. The process was smooth and the end result was far better then the initial estimate. All I can say is Jordan .... "Your Awesome!"

Jordan really worked with us to get our mortgage. When I say that, i am talking about the months it took to get our credit score up (about 6 months). Once we got our scores up we gave him a call back and we had our mortgage in no time. He understands what everyday people go through and helps them get what they want.
