sent me a golf cart full of faults. Missing screws, cracks in the body, paint chipping off. Then they don't respond to your questions or complaints. Just play dumb.
Brought in a battery charger & order a part for a handicapped person who relies on his cart !! Said the could plug charger into one of their carts to see if it was good !! Wait 5 days & I had to call them to pick up charger !! Charge almost $50 to test charger to tell me it’s no good !! & now I realize they gave me wrong part !! Shame on you too take advantage of someone on a fixed income !!!

Unfortunately we didn’t just plug in the charger we diagnosed it for you. We had to pay one of our techs to look at it so yes there is a $39.00 charge for that as stated when you dropped it off for repair. You can return the solenoid as long as it hasn’t been installed. You asked for a Club Car 36 Volt solenoid and that’s what we gave you there is only one solenoid for the 36 volt. I do apologize you feel this way. Horrible company to do business with. Terrible customer service. Missing parts to my order (like other customers that have given bad reviews) and they won't accept a return or refund my money unless I pay return shipping (on an oversized item) and they will charge me a restocking fee of 20% (which will be about $90). I have asked for the owner of the company to call me to discuss but no phone call yet. I guess they don't care if their customers are happy!! Shop elsewhere!

I purchased a set of headlights for my golf cart. I was guaranteed by Liz that everything I needed for my lights to work would be included in this kit that cost me $185. When I received the kit it was missing a very important wiring piece called a bucket harness. I called Liz and explained this to her and she guaranteed me that she would be expediting me the missing piece and I should receive it the next day or in two days at the latest. Just had my Star cart returned moments ago. Very pleased with the tech work and additional help from Matt. Cart is all tightened up and drives great.. I have 1 issue though that only pertains to mngt.. I had 4 new tires put on and on top of the tire price I was charged $30 per tire to mount them. The driver informed me that they didn't have a tire machine and had to send them out for mounting. Worst customer service department ever and Liz is a liar enough time wasted on them
We bought a cart there and delivery is free within 50 miles...we needed it delivered an extra 33 miles and they charged 150.00 which is 4.54 a mile......could have rented a truck for less!!!!
