He performed thorough inspections and offered detailed explanations about the services provided. Today we had an inspection for our pump and humidifier in our crawl space. It was a routine visit for inspection to make sure everything was working. Zac Peyton inspected and found an issue and called us. He stayed at our home until we returned and he figured out what the problem was. He is very professional and is extremely knowledgeable and honest. Thank you Zac

Devin came out to do our inspection after we had other companies out to do the same. Very professional and brought other issues to light. We have signed a contract for termite removal and and bats. Out of the four companies that we had to do an inspection he was the most thorough. We would recommend this company for your pest inspection issues. Will update review after services have been rendered.

Recently Bryan Harris came by to do an annual termite inspection. He was thorough, precise and pleasant to talk with. He is a stellar representative as is Phil who comes quarterly for pest management. Phil has been with us since 2007 and even came by several weeks ago on his own time to check on us as we were not answering our phone. He did not know we had been away for 3+weeks. These 2 gentlemen display superior service and commitment. We are glad they are our team as they represent the company extremely well.

Stopped in at the perma treat office and had a very fair and open conversation with Josh Pierce today. We came to an agreement to get a full retreat of my home at a reduced rate. Perma treat is very active in supporting our community and tried to provide me with good customer service.

Steve has always provided excellent service and answers all questions relative to any concerns. He's always kept us informed of his schedule and keeps to it. He also offers very helpful information in order to help us keep aware of potential problems which may occur so we can be as proactive as possible in our pest control assistance between quarterly visits. We used Perma Treat to get rid of the cockroaches that our daughter brought home with her from college. UGH! Perma Treat was great! Mike came out several times until they were DEAD. He continued to come out monthly until the contract ended. He was efficient, professional, and kind - and patient putting up with me going on about my cockroaches. I had a Very Good Experience thanks to the Inspector Brandy who came out Assessed the Issues i was up against which was Raccoons that had did extensive damage to my Attic etc. She was very Professional and Very Supportive in my Distressful Situation. She Truly Cares about the customers satisfaction (getting to the root of the problems and preventative measures) to ensure that my home was restored and in better shape than before . i will recommend this company as First Choice they stand behind their work.
