I had a Very Good Experience thanks to the Inspector Brandy who came out Assessed the Issues i was up against which was Raccoons that had did extensive damage to my Attic etc. She was very Professional and Very Supportive in my Distressful Situation. She Truly Cares about the customers satisfaction (getting to the root of the problems and preventative measures) to ensure that my home was restored and in better shape than before . i will recommend this company as First Choice they stand behind their work.

My rating is based solely on our service technician who would receive 10 stars if I could. Josh is very professional, courteous, respectful, addresses all of our concerns, and always arrives on time. He's definitely an asset to the company and I would highly recommend him for any position he applies for. My only draw back for the company is you're locked into a long contract when you only need the service during a certain time of the year. Top notch company to deal with! We have been using this company for about a year. Our tech , Keith , is great and always helpful . We recently had a situation with a tenant thinking she had a problem with pests in her apartment because of her declining health issues and there was no way to talk her out of it even though her family saw none. Have been using this company for the past year now. We have always had the same exterminator ( Alfonso ) since with this company. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a total asset to this company . Always takes the time to make sure we are not having any issues at the house . Perma Treat helped save the day for me and my clients. I needed an inspection for Wood destroying insects for a real estate closing. Another company let me down big time. NOT to worry I called and talked to the very helpful and friendly staff at Perma Treat and they had me get in touch with Josh! Who I have nothing but praise for, he was out at the property within 15 mins, did a very detailed inspection and had the office fax me the report in less than 1 hour. I have now interrupted 2 instances where they have prayed on the elderly leading them to believe they have a mice, rat and bat infestation. My aunt was told she had a huge infestation, when she did not, showed her pictures of her attic with mice feces and rat/bat droppings and pushed her by scare tatics of signing up for a $25k repair, I halted them and called my own pest control person and there was ABSOLUTELY NO sign of infestation!! 2nd instance a client of mine same tactic-they must be stopped, beware of this and run awa... read more

Once they take your money, they don't return phone calls or texts. We have an unfinished job and no idea when they will even return a phone call.
