Great service. Came out when they said they would. Tech was very professional. Told him to come back in October to service my furnace for the winter.
Aaron was super. He explained what and why in language I understood and fixed my problem in less than 1/2 hour Great experience
This was my first experience with Perry Air . The promptly returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment with me the very next morning. They were the most responsive to my call for help than the two other pros that I was considering and had contacted. The repairmen came as promised and quickly understood the problem I was having and solved it. I thought the price he charged me was fair and I would definitely used them again.
The technician did not give me an estimate ahead of time before the repair. I just paid what I was invoiced for the capacitor replacement .

The service was very good and the work was done quickly.The serviceman was good, polite and presentable. As to the cost, I have no idea if it was reasonable or not, but I am satisfied.
