Perry was prompt, courteous and efficient. His price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, my problem is larger than just the distributor motor. After loosing power affecting 1/2 of my house, SMUD came out and discovered that they experienced a "hot leg" with one of the T240 lines going into my home. This caused electrical problems and the motors to blow in both my air handler and heat pump (compressor). I will have Perry back out to repair or replace my heat pump after the necessary electrical work has been completed.
I contacted Perry Air to diagnose and repair my furnace because I was stuck in the diagnosis process and we needed heat in the house. Perry was able to come out that day. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with, He used OEM parts and was very reasonable with his price. If you want an honest person that knows what he is doing to repair your furnace at a fair price, this is your guy.
They did check and do some thing with the system,but same problem happened,we call him come back and check and service ,repair or do some thing to stop the problem.But he didn't want to come?why? He told my wife ,my heater is weir. The problem is some day heater on and some day not on special in the morning time ( haft of the day).it so cold and make my wife and my 1 year old grand son got sick easy.please send some one for help.Thank you. When I went to home the furnace was working cycled unit many times worked every time cleaned flame sensor and checked all electrical components told customer to call if it stops working customer called a week later said it's not working went over to home found control board not working found parts went and got the part and installed part the same day his wife was very happy
Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled. Parts needed was available and replaced within minutes. Communicated what the problem was and how things worked. Very informative and excellent customer service.
They came on time and solved the problem.
On time on price good customer service explained everything went the extra mile to do it righy
On time and friendly service. Parts needed to be replaced was rather expensive and he had to go out to get is at a parts store. He was back as informed and repaired in timely manner.
