Part of our furniture went into the apartment and the other half went into their storage facility. They were prompt, professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. No furniture was scratched and nothing was broken. We will be using them again when we moved once more from our temporary apartment into our condo. Overall I give this company and their subcontractors a D. We finally received all of our belongings in one piece undamaged. The movers themselves were excellent .. The price was very reasonable.On the negative side, the communication between the two companies (the one I hired and the one that moved my furniture) was horrific. Everything went extremely well: nothing was damaged or misplaced, and the job was completed on-time and on-budget. In more detail: They showed up on time with a crew of 3 and got busy packing. Everything was packed and padded properly. This included a piano and a large plasma TV. Fine. Punctual. Courteous. Hard working. Took longer but not guys fault- lots of steps. Moved 6 rooms and 70 boxes to 3rd story condo.
The team was on time and the three people worked until the job was complete. All had polite, pleasant personalities, and the packing was exceptional. Moved and packed China, living room, dining room, bedroom, plus garage items.
Absolutely amazing! Arrived right on schedule, very professional, friendly and fun! Entire move was done under the estimated time and dollars A++++++( and more) Local move to our home to town home .
