Rich came out to my office the next day, and after evaluating what needed to be moved, and taking a look at where the new office was, he emailed an estimate and followed up with a phone call to explain in detail the proposal. When they first arrived, all three of the movers introduced themselves to me. They were very friendly, then they went straight to work. They carefully looked over their job carefully, came up with a strategy and began. They were very careful to make sure that all carpets were covered properly so that they did not track dirt from outside. First of all, they were on time. They were knowledgeable about their business. This was by far the best move I've had in my military move. There was virtually no damage. The owner of the company actually participated in the pack out of my goods and services. They were shorthanded and he stayed the whole afternoon, I found that to be extraordinary. The service was excellent. They moved my household goods.

Outstanding service from start to finish! We required the move to begin in 2 weeks and to be stored for up to 4 months, then moved to Massachusetts from Virginia. Diane came by and gave me an estimate to move my stuff. She arrived on time and clearly knew what she was doing. After a quick walkthrough of my home and a description of what I was going to pack vs. what I was going to store she gave me an estimate and we scheduled a date for the move.
