5 stars! Fantastic! It's a very customer-oriented company. Everybody we dealt with went out of their way to help us. Everything was well-packed. We had items that needed special packing which they handled expertly. I asked the driver, James, when the van was being unloadedif he could do somethingfor me & he stated we are here to help you. The packers were not as friendly and courteous as the moving team and 1 of the 3 packers did not do a good job. He threw hard and soft items in boxes randomly leaving a mess when unpacking but only twoitems broken (unfortunately one was of sentimental value and I had forgotten to pack and move myself) and a ton of wrinkled dresser scarves.One other spot of dissatisfaction: the packers mislabeled a box which caused us to lose shelves to a china closet until we had unpacked all of thelarge boxes (much sooner than we had planne... read more

This was a local move done by 3 men in one day. All furniture and boxes were loaded on the truck whilewe loaded garmet boxes. They were willing to very carefully package some fragile items I was afraid to tackle. The truck was loaded by noon and they followed us out to my new townhouse by 12:30. The stairs were tight but all items were moved with no marks on walls or damage to items.They brought garmet bags upstairs coordinating with our ability to empty them. They packed everything. I had a lot of boxes packed but they wrapped things that needed to be wrapped and they broke down the furniture. I thought they did a good job of taking care not to damage anything, not tracking in any dirt. They were very pleasant to work with. The 2 men that drove the truck down were very professional and did a good job loading everything into a storage unit. It was reassuring and they did what they said they were going to do. They arrived on time with a three man crew. Two of the guys were great and worked very hard. They young guy in charge, spent more time on the phone and in my bathroom, then he did working. Then they charged me $50 an hour for each of the three guys. Once my belonging were packed up and taken to their facility to be stored, I later found out it was going to cost me $200 a month for storage. Once our SFH sold, we hired Perry Moving to pack and move us to our new home (a local move). The packing was roughly $2000 (including all supplies) and the moving was approximately $2000. Our home was approximately 2800 sq ft. The packers were extremely thorough -- they wrapped everything and we had no breakage. In fact, they wrapped/packed the kitchen so well, that it took me 8 hours to unpack it at our new home! see above!!! If I could give Perry Moving & Storage a higher grade than "A", I would. They were absolutely wonderful. Perry Moving completed an interstate move for me. I was not able to return to Florida to supervise the pick-up of all my possessions fromthe storage facility. The guys loaded up, were extreme gentleman, and kept my things as organized as possible given the fact that I wasn't there and they were guessing how I wanted things.
