Perry took the time to explain everything to us and make us feel comfortable in every step of our application / approval. There were quite a few times where I didn't understand the process of lender approval or how things change, and he did an excellent job making sure I understood everything. He was also the only lender to call pretty quickly after we put in our application which made us feel like we were appreciated by him. Overall, our experience was great.
