I brought my dog here for the first time yesterday and she was so happy! She had no problems with joining them and leaving me. The facility is beautiful and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and my dog warmed up to them quickly. It was a wonderfully positive environment that both my dog and I felt comfortable with. This place is so nice! My dog had such fun time. It was his first time there and he was so sad to leave. Jacob was amazing! He gave us a tour and was very nice. I highly recommend it!

My experience was extremely negative. My dog was mistreated during his stay, and that is completely unacceptable. When I called to request an extension for one more night, both the employee who answered the phone and the manager failed to give me proper attention and showed no concern about the situation. The customer service was terrible, the communication was disrespectful, and I was very disappointed with the way they treated my pet. Left our two dogs there for two days, they did not feed one of our dogs at all since they returned the same amount of measured food we dropped off. They also overcharged on the second dog without a clear explanation. I would not recommend this place at all

Warning! Just retrieved Macy from a 5-day stay. Tabatha turned to her colleague saying, that's the one with "torn paw pad". The alarms immediately went up! What?! Had received a call earlier in the week indicating Macy had "hurt her leg". When reported to me, she was putting weight on her leg. Used Lakewood Ranch for boarding services Monday- Saturday for intact male dogs. Pickup Saturday after 3pm and my bill went from $700 to $950 due to them claiming my 4 year old male dogs could not be boarded together and no discount for boarding two dogs separately. Got home and immediately noticed there was extra food in bag. They did not feed my dog, like noted. I notice on my other male dog, his testicles were inflamed, red, irritated, and oozing. We have had our dogs at PP for over 2 years, and this time apparently one of our dog was humping other dogs and needed to be kept in isolation for 9 days. They admitted that it was largely due to holiday week and how many dogs they had and overstimulation. Their solution was my dog stayed in isolation for 9 days. I only was able to see him on video during a one in one play one time and the person supposed to be playing is reading something, ignoring our dog. I have taken a while for this review due to trying to get over what happened. My dog has been going there since they opened and I trusted that they would take care of her and this did not happen. The lying that took place is unacceptable and unforgivable. First I was told that someone was there 24/7 knowing that Kat lived in site. I guess that is not true because no one lives on site. I feel communication is terrible and I can only speak for those of us that have dogs that haven't been neutered or spayed. When I first visited Pet Paradise they informed me because my female dog had not been spayed she would need to be kept in quaranteen, in a room by herself and not permitted to mingle with all the other animals in the general population(taken out twice daily unless I paid additional fees).
