We have had our dogs at PP for over 2 years, and this time apparently one of our dog was humping other dogs and needed to be kept in isolation for 9 days. They admitted that it was largely due to holiday week and how many dogs they had and overstimulation. Their solution was my dog stayed in isolation for 9 days. I have taken a while for this review due to trying to get over what happened. My dog has been going there since they opened and I trusted that they would take care of her and this did not happen. The lying that took place is unacceptable and unforgivable. First I was told that someone was there 24/7 knowing that Kat lived in site. I guess that is not true because no one lives on site. I feel communication is terrible and I can only speak for those of us that have dogs that haven't been neutered or spayed. When I first visited Pet Paradise they informed me because my female dog had not been spayed she would need to be kept in quaranteen, in a room by herself and not permitted to mingle with all the other animals in the general population(taken out twice daily unless I paid additional fees). My dog had been going to PP for over three years - no issues and nothing but compliments from the staff as to how sweet she was (English Mastiff). In fact some staff members would bring their dogs to be a companion with Ruby. Recently she bit the ear of another dog - insignificant as much as the on-site vet did not administer any aid and the other pet owner did not have any issue with the incident. Staff did not look after my dog's wellbeing. From them breaking my dog's head harness to giving us wrong information about check out and trying to keep them over night, all the way to double checking the phone number on file to ensure that they can reach me in case of an emergency. They had wrong information on file that could have made my dog very sick. Long story extremely short, I do not trust this staff with looking after my dogs in the slightest.

My dog has been here numerous time and all has been fine. today, we brought him for the daycare. When I came to pick him up, the gal checking me out said he had burned his paws on the cement and she had put neosporin on them. He came running out to me so I didn't think much until we arrived home. He could not walk into the house. I had to pull him.. He is a golden and very heavy. When I looked closely, I saw part of both pads on his front paws were hanging, not burned. I am so dissappointed. We will be following up ... read more

After the first time I brought my dog here, I was excited to bring her back. However, Pet Paradise was not accommodating when I called to say I would be 30-45 minutes late for pick up on a Sunday. I understand the hours are different but when I called and made staff aware I had hit traffic on my way back from a weekend trip, they refused to let me pick up MY dog. If staff is there 24/7, why would it be so hard to take 5 minutes to bring my dog up to the front? The manager also refused to stay because "she can only stay 20 mi... read more

Disappointing. I have made 3 appointments for grooming, and 3 times Pet Paradise has not honored the appointments. They called and apologized for the first 2 times they cancelled my appointments. So, things happen. I understand. Today, when I showed up for an appointment that I made on March 22nd during an 11 minute phone call, they said they had no groomer and that my appointment was not even on their books. :-( My puppies look like 2 miniature wooly mammoths. This is only a one as you cannot post nothing!! Three strikes and it's over. Had our Pet here for three visits followed by three Vet Bills. Last was an urgent vet at 8:30 pm. First time was an eye infection, second visit was a reaction to the plastic collar that they replace your collar with, that resulted in a full body reaction, shots, every other day bathing with an antibacterial shampoo and topical foam.
