HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING REVIEWS BEFORE DOING OVER NIGHT STAYS! I don’t even know where to start because I am not one to write bad reviews but I will write a honest one! The fact the dogs are in a Kennel from 5pm until the next morning around 9:30/10 is so inhumane. Before dropping off I thought at least someone was there to let the pups out at least 1 time after hours but no I was wrong they are in a cage to pee and poop on themselves even if they are potty trained they can’t help it. Love everyone here! They take such good care of my pets, whether its grooming or boarding! Im very anxious leaving them with new people, and I also worry about my pets being issues but they still helped me through it. And they are good at making my dogs pretty so that is a major plus! Im glad somebody can take care of my troublemakers
I have been using Pet Paradise for several years when it comes to grooming and doggie day. The staff have always taken very good care of my Braxton. The facility is is well kept, clean and orderly. Although Braxton doesn't swim in the pool he does love to lay in the shallow ends.
Oakleaf Pet Paradise is amazing. I have my long haired cat groomed there about twice a year, and Denean does an awesome job. She is fast and handles Mittens with care. She comes out happy and so much more comfortable.
This is my second time using Pet Paradise (oakleaf) and a first for an extended time period (7 days). I was extremely nervous but with the cameras and report card with pictures, put me at ease leaving my furbaby. There was always someone in Tiny Town watching over the pups and they also have free access to the outdoor space throughout the day.
