My sweet girl Strawberry had such a good time playing with the other doggies in her Day Camp group! It was nice to be able to check in on her via the camera feeds. The facility is top notch and I know we will be back for boarding when we go on vacation!

We love pet paradise... have boarded both our dogs and cat at other locations in jax and just tried this location right around the corner from the house and loved it! Pet paradise staff is always friendly and facilities are different than any other boarding facility that we have been able to find in jax. The most important thing we like about pet paradise is they do not breed discriminate!!!! Our dog has been here twice, once for day camp and once to be boarded overnight. Both times he has been, he has played so much that he was exhausted when he came home. He stayed in a VIP suite when he was being boarded, so he had ALL the luxuries he could ask for and I was even able to watch him on a private webcam when he was in his suite. When he wasn't in the suite I was able to check in on him in Tiny Town where he loves to play. He has gotten a report card and photos from each visit (which I love!) Place was clean and spacious however I do NOT have trust and confidence in the care, supervision and training and their interpretation of PLAY vs. AGGRESSION and Aggressive pursuit. I am NOT happy and will unlikely return. My 6 mo old 15 pound pup was being relentlessly pursued and cornered by another dog who looked to be about 2x the weight and strength of my dog. Change your cancellation policy. My dog was sick and I had no choice but to cancel my reservation 2 days before. I've been a long time customer and consider this policy unfair. So they get to keep my $100 deposit for doing nothing. I can understand keeping a percentage but the entire deposit is ridiculous. They stated I had to cancel a week before my reservation. How could I when I made the reservation on 11/24 and today is 11/27.
Management is not at all kind to staff, pets, or clients. Especially the ones working with aggressive pets.
My response to their survey when our dogs stayed at their facility Christmas 2023. I wrote; SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY FOR HAVING OUR DOGS LAY IN THEIR OWN FECIES AND URINE FOR HEAVEN KNOWS HOW MANY DAYS!! Came home a day early, giving your staff a heads up to that specifically to get them ready to go home, and to see if this stay for my two dogs would be better than the last time (giving your company another chance after the last stay, which by the way was awful!! I loved pet paradise at first for a number of reasons. However, the last two visits I was called and told that my dog had an "altercation" with another dog two days in a row. The first time I was told my dog pinned a smaller dog down but wasn't aggressive. (I thought they grouped dogs according to size. I like the facility. I like that you can watch on the website. The workers seemed nice. I was concerned about our dog because she was a rescue 5 years ago and suffers separation anxiety. She however seemed to do okay. I only seen her on camera on the last day were away. She was out in the pool area she does not like water she was walking around the edge and following a worker.
