This is the worst vet that I have encountered im my entire life. A month after signing as a new client, I ended it a month later! I should've listened to my neighbor who took his pet off of their services. They're about MONEY and not the welfare of your pet. My pet got sick, and I wanted her to be seen. I was told by several of the locations that I couldn't bring my pet in for another 3 days. I was like, you've got to be kidding me. They continued to tell me that I had TWO pets registered with them. After checking Pet Paradise Middleburg Facebook page out I asked them a question on one of their posts, since the page is active them posting on it pretty much daily. I was inquiring about their capability in safely boarding a senior dog with arthritis and prone to skin infections is allowed to remain wet. Please DO NOT leave your pet with these folks. Had to go in for surgery so I left my Aussie with them for a week. The day after surgery there was message on my phone that there had been an incident but my dog was ok. Well I took a healthy dog & got back an injured dog with probably PTSD. She was attacked by a large dog while still on the leash when going out to play. Had to have surgery. Was on antibiotics & pain meds along with a Ecollar. First time and last time using this place. Took my dogs in over a weekend. Dropped off Friday and picked up Monday. On Saturday at 11am I got a voicemail stating my dog has a "hot spot" on her face. I called back 2 minutes after missed call got no answer. Left voice mail asking for call back. No one ever called me back. I called 2 more times never hearing back. The facilities are nice and our pup enjoys his time there. But good luck getting anyone to answer a phone call. I suspect they are trying to force everyone to use their new app but when you need to ask a question, you may as well drive over to the facility you're booking at to talk to them in person.

Grooming services are TERRIBLE! My Aussie went from a beautiful girl to a poodle! The groomer said she was matted, what a lie. We brush her and she was not matted. Poor girl has been robbed of her coat. The very least the groomer should have called for instructions if there was a problem. They ask if you want to tip before you see your dog.....NEVER tip before seeing your fur baby!

They told us that our pup had Parvo and charged us 300 plus dollars not to mention scared the lights out of our family, Mostly my son. We took the pup straight to a Vet Hospital after leaving Pet Paradise and they tested the pup twice and both tests came back negative for parvo. I would definitely not recommend taking a loved one to there Vet.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We have tried boarding our dogs here twice and both times were below our expectations. They are so quick to blame our dog for her anxiety being the root of the issues, instead of recognizing that they are the cause of the anxiety and helping her through it. From start to finish, we had a terrible experience on our last visit. We boarded both of our dogs in a shared suite.
