We found Pet Street by accident when our 7lb Silky Terrier was mauled by our neighbor's pit bull. Badly bleeding from a neck wound and brought back to life from simple cpr from my husband, we handed our fur baby over to a vet we did not know. We are new to the area, but Dr van Deijck was our angel! Professionalism plus, compassion and concern from the entire staff, it is obvious their love for animals. Pet Street was recommended to us and we highly recommend this vet center
great service , came out and got boo bear , treated him , vet called me , you have to remain outside due to covid , told me th problem , how to care for him and gave me a antibiotic , called the next day to check on him ,. great care thank you dotty carreiro
This clinic is offering the same personal connection with COVID-19 safety measures by providing the TeleVet visit. My daughter was anxious when she couldn't go inside with her new puppy, but they put her at ease with the video chat filling time until the doctor was ready for the exam. From the time we called to the time we left everyone was friendly and very helpful! They made my puppy feel so comfortable or her first visit! The assistant played with her for 10 min or so before they gave her the shot I couldn't believe how well they treated my little baby! I wouldn't take her anywhere else! They helped me understand everything and answered all my questions even when I asked for the third time .. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone!
We have always had dogs and Pet Street is by far the absolute best Veterinary Clinic ever. Three years ago our Yorkiepoo Misty had a pancreatitis attack and we were referred to Dr Luke Williams at Pet Street. His excellent care and compassion provided us 3 more years with her. She was 15 years old when she developed bladder cancer. Because of her age we opted for comfort care. My three dogs have been patients of Pet Street Veterinary for more than three years, and I feel very fortunate to have found this practice. There are three vets, all excellent. Dr. van Deijck is their primary vet and has treated every illness or problem you can imagine, always very professionally and thoughtfully. He does not overprescribe drugs and respects the client's wish to take a conservative approach, if that's what they want. The staff at Pet Street are just incredibly compassionate. I have on calm dog and one very nervous, likely to nip when stressed. For my stressy dog dog visit they got us right into a room. Thank you to Dr Van Dyke (sorry if I misspelled) for his help with her and recommending female drs and attendants. So we see Dr Schecter. Sophie is still really nervous. Great first visit. Staff was very courteous, listened to everything I said and treated my sweet Clive with care. Hours are great, facilities are great, and they have a rewards program too. Called to check on my kitty multiple times as well. I've definitely found my new vet. For reference, the bill for the office visit, steroid prescription, and two doses of basic flea medicine was barely over $100. Would definitely recommend to others.
Very caring with great service. Excellent care! They take a very personal approach with each animal.
