Dr. Willem-Jan Van Deijck, DVM is very caring and thorough. It is extremely evident he loves what he does. He took time to listen to all of my concerns and put them all to rest. I'm ecstatic I've finally found a vet as special as my pet.

Great vet! If you are looking for a vet this is the place to go! It might be a couple more dollars than some other places but it's worth it from the care that they show and give.

Customer for over six years but in the last two years service has changed. Reception is always very good however I would only recommend them for the basics. The last procedure I had done there I was very disappointed in quality of work and attitude of Vet after the fact. I can't recommend them in dealing with any special breeds.

Seems to have changed over the last couple of years and basically runs by the numbers. Front staff always very friendly and professional. Unfortunately all services are being passed onto techs. Recently my fiance' brought her dog in for checkup and it all seemed very rushed. Two days later she was sick and brought to emergency care. As soon as the vet saw her she realized what the problem was and immediately started meds. The Dr asked when the dogs last visit was to a vet and she advised two days ago. Dr Beckner's poor diagnosis of an issue we had with our dog due to lack of a thorough and proper examination caused our dog additional days of unwarranted discomfort, not to mention the medications she prescribed unnecessarily at exorbitant cost. I was in a dire situation when I was in Florida.I have been to Pet Street one other time.I called because my Husband was in NJ at a trauma center and booked a flight to get home quickly.Airline had called and said my pet rabies had expired 2 days earlier.I called Pet Street and told them the situation.I waited at least 90 min.I understand emergencies.A person from the desk came over and said a Dr had just finished and could only give her the rabies.Perfect right?I checked out and they charged for a whole physical.Didn't happ... read more

Scheduled an appointment on their website. I received an email confirmation. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. At first they thought I had arrived on the wrong day, so I pulled up the email on my phone and showed them. One of the receptionists sighed and said that this has been happening lately... but they assured me they would get me in... My furever family member had been a patient here for years. Unfortunately, my little guy had become ill, and needed treatment. When I called, I was told there was no way he could be seen today (Tuesday), but I could call back at 8am Wednesday, and see if there had been any cancellations. She further told me that all of the patients had already been confirmed for the next day, so chances of a cancellation were slim. My dog had been vomiting, and without food or water.
