They took my Smokey in with no appointment. The staff is very polite, helpful and genuinely care about what's wrong with your pet. They explained to me the treatment plan. After each phase, they consulted with me on whether to move to the next phase or not. I really appreciated that. They did the exam, the blood work and the X-rays and showed me the results as they were done for each one. All in all a great experiece for both me and Smokey. I will be going back. Great job.Â
