Business response:
Hi, Hardtke. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
My dog was bleeding when she came out. I brought her in for a nail trim and it seems like a lot of the time the techs always cut the nails too short. When they know they shouldn’t do that. I’m just upset.
The check in took an hour and a half seems un organized it shouldn’t take that long
The doctor did a great job, the staff is very supportive and friendly
Business response:
We are grateful for your kind words. It's wonderful to hear the doctor and staff made a positive impression. We look forward to seeing you again.
They did great, very supportive and friendly
Super expensive compared to other places. And did not have pet friendly entrance, dogs almost got attacked because wide open floor plan. The only entrances is around the counter or in random doors on sides where people are waiting. Pretty sure the doctor just doesn't care about his job with how disrespectful he was about my dogs injury acting like I'm a bad owner.
