They took my Smokey in with no appointment. The staff is very polite, helpful and genuinely care about what's wrong with your pet. They explained to me the treatment plan. After each phase, they consulted with me on whether to move to the next phase or not. I really appreciated that. They did the exam, the blood work and the X-rays and showed me the results as they were done for each one. All in all a great experiece for both me and Smokey. I will be going back. Great job.

Hi, Brooke. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
The minute we walked through the front door the office staff was friendly and respectful. We entered with our small Molly dog. She was around 17 years and this was our last vet visit with her. She had lost her eye sight and most of her hearing. She had started to decline physical and suffered from severe dementia. Our hearts were breaking. We are elderly and Molly went everywhere we did. She was a gigantic part of our life. Dr. Ames entered the room and he was exceptionally understanding and kind. He explained the end if lif... read more
