I just bought a house during a pandemic which comes with challenges. During the process Peter and his team worked up 2 separate loans for me (the first purchase fell through due to inspection issues). I was cleared to close on 2 loans, in half the time that the buyer for the house I sold was for the one mortgage. Not only were they quick, but they were just really great people. Super personable, and transparent. All docs were electronic and the process was simple. I am very happy with my 2.5% interest rate. Thanks Peter!

Peter was great!!! I would recommend him to anyone. He was always available to answer any questions or concern I had by phone or email. He responds back quick. He is always trying to get you the lowest rate and he works fast and accurately.

Peter and his team were AWSOME! From the start to the end everything went smooth and great. Any questions I had on numbers etc he fully explained. From credit to statements he asked and I gave. He is located in New York and I am in Connecticut , I would of never thought of working with someone so far away. I am glad I did and I am very happy with my first 3 family home investment! My family and I are extremely happy! I have future investment plans and will be definitely contacting Peter again, thank you again!

Peter and his team managed our mortgage from beginning to end. We felt so confident on our first zoom call that we didn't even bother looking for other brokers. I emailed Peter several times a day with multiple question always very prompt replies and always assured me everything is going smoothly with our applications since everything was complicated on our end. We had a deadline to close and Peter made it happen BOOM!
