I'm here to tell you that if you are looking for a Loan go no further than Mr. Peter Costakos! He is Excellent and you will be truly satisfied by the whole process. Where do I begin?! This man literally is the reason we are in our dream home. Pete is an expert and has the perfect mix of industry knowledge and people skills that puts him above the rest. He won't just run your numbers and check a yes or no box. After thinking we'd missed out on our dream home, Pete reached out on the weekend to let us know about new HUD guidance that could make our dream home a reality. Peter and team were very responsive and helpful to guide my first-home buying experience to finish line in such a short time (in a month). While I heard many scary stories that people couldn't close because the lender did not work in time to get the mortgage approved, you won't have that with Peter and the team. I am glad that we are set to close tomorrow for my new home!

I would give many more stars if I could. From turning around a pre-approval in 24 hours to closing on time at a much lower rate than expected, Peter and his staff were awesome from start to finish.
