I've had the pleasure of working with them on two occasions now and each time the process has gotten even better - more streamlined with tech, high-touch communication and always on-hand to help navigate the process. Have done a mortgage and refi. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

My husband and I started off our first time home buying process with another lender(the one from the commercial). The process started out ok but after we put an offer in on our home things went all downhill! We were given wrong information and then silence! Peter's team with Lisa and Danielle were absolutely fabulous. I had worked with 2 other mortgage companies before this and they were both so incompetent. Then someone recommended Peter and his team and it was the best thing. They gave special attention to me as if I was their only client. They were great with communication and I really felt I was in great hands. The other 2 companies didn't get it done in 8 months, that's right 8 months and Peter's team got it done in 2 months. Outstanding.

I highly recommend Peter Costakos and his Team at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. The process for attaining a loan took less than a month and everyone involved was very professional and helpful. They handled all of our concerns and questions in an expeditious manner. We are currently awaiting our closing date. If you are in search of a Mortgage Company with excellent customer service, CrossCountry Mortgage is the right choice.
