Buying a house can be stressful. I was referred to Peter thru a friend and couldn’t have been happier. His team was wonderful at keeping us informed and walking thru the entire process. Peter has great energy, and kept me in the loop on everything he needed from me. The portal CCM uses for uploading documents is easy, although I'd prefer if I could see a list of everything that would be required over the process so that I could prepare to get those documents earlier, rather than being alerted at the time they are requested. Maybe that's available and I missed it, but I digress. Peter was great, the team he worked with was great. Would work with them again in the future in a heartbeat.
