Peter and his team made our VA re-fi a very simple process. He explained the process and was available every step of the way from our initial phone call to closing. Almost everything was able to be done on-line or with a phone call . Our closing was done on our patio maintaining social distancing. Who would have thought that even a possibility.

I am so happy with our choice to use Peter for our refinance. Usually the process is long, complicated and stressful, but working with Peter was the opposite. He was always available to answer questions and would spend extra time explaining when needed. My to-do list was easily handled because it was all online, which allowed me to make sure I didnt miss anything. The process went smooth and was completed as quickly as possible. We would only use Peter in the future!

What can we say from the first call till the date of close service was top notch. Peter's skill and performance are very professional. We just closed on our home and Peter is amazing! We were in "love it or list it" mode for over two years, looking at homes, debating on doing an addition and changing our minds a million times. He was there for us each step of the way. He's very patient, answers every question, and returns calls and emails quickly. Peter Traum (Guaranteed Rate) has successfully guided us through two mortgage refinances and deserves the highest rating. Incredibly attentive and knowledgeable in his field, he leaves nothing to chance and gets the job done for you in the most timely and efficient way.
