Working with Peter is the best choice you can make when purchasing a new home. He makes the entire process easy and stress-free! In today's world full of scammers and thieves, Peter's efficiency with letting us know every single step of the process even protected us from falling for a really well-timed email scam that would have cost us $7000. I've refinanced with Peter and got a mortgage for a new house. He took such great care of me and my family, I often felt like I must be his only customer. He dots every I and crosses every T. It felt like he went above and beyond for us, but that's just how he does business. Even my realtors and lawyer were impressed with his work. I highly recommend Peter to help you with a mortgage or re-fi. We just refinanced with Peter and again, found his work to be exceptional!

Apart of the professional and exceptional customer service I need to mention Peter has been extremely efficient. Saw my house on June 1st, moved in July 15th. Nobody can beat that!!!! He explains everything so you are always two steps ahead on the game. His business etiquette is out of this world.

As a first-time home buyer, I was plenty nervous. Peter was amazing. Never condescending, clear and to the point when explaining what needed to be done and, just as importantly, the why. He, as well as his time, were always quick to respond to my queries and made sure I was reminded when I needed to respond to their requests. it was a wonderful experience working with Peter and his entire team. Should I be in the position again, I would definitely call on him and I have no hesitations in recommending him to anyone else.
