We called Peterman to fix our tankless water heater as another company failed to correct the problem or inform us of costs. Peterman did a good job in getting the issue corrected within 5 days. Our only issue: they automatically signed us up for review of our heating and cooling systems, which are handled by other companies. If we do not require these services, I hope we can reduce our monthly insurance cost to cover the plumbing costs alone. But we were pleased with the professionalism of Peterman.
They are kind and courteous. They take their time explaining your options. He asked several times if I had any questions. I never feel pressured to do anything I dont want to do. Their monthly newsletters are fun too!I would highly recommend.

Quick, friendly and professional service. Called, got a same day appointment to clear out the clog in my kitchen drain. Problem was found, drain was cleared and now is back in working order. Thankful.
Our washer drain was clogged and it could not be cleared by using a plumber's snake. So the decision was made to do a further search for the location of the blockage and there was a possibility that the slab would need to be **** hammered to gain access to the drain.
