Our washer drain was clogged and it could not be cleared by using a plumber's snake. So the decision was made to do a further search for the location of the blockage and there was a possibility that the slab would need to be **** hammered to gain access to the drain. The appointment was set and the crew of ****** and **** arrived promptly and told me that the plans had changed. They were going into the drywall instead and check out the trap.
