We had no heat for a week and the home warranty ** kept giving me the run around so I called Perterman Brothers on Thanksgiving night and they had a tech. call me with in 5 minutes of hanging up from calling. ***** called and we talked and he put me on for 1st thing Friday morning as an emergeny (and no there was no extra charge than the service call which was cheaper than I had paid someone else). ***** himself came out the next morning and fix our furnace. YOUR SERVICE MAN SHOWED ON TIME AS HE CALLED ME AND GAVE ***** HE WAS VERY NICE AND CKED. FURNACE OUT. HE TOOK CARE OF MOST OF THE NOISE/BANGING PROBLEM I HAD. THE FURNACE ITSELF IS VERY NOISY BUT HE HAS STOPPED MOST OF WHISTLEING. HE SEEMS TO THINK MOST OF IT IS IN THE ***** COVERING THE FILTER. YOUR INSTALLERS BENT THE ***** WHEN INSTALLING FURNACE BUT NEVER GAVE IT A THOUGHT AT THE ***** I THINK HAD THE FURNACE BEEN INSTALLED USING THE BUILT IN FILTER THE PROBLEM WOULD NOT HAVE EXISTED. ***** and ****** gave me a thorough check on my furnace today. They discovered my Humidifier was not working properly. They adjusted to where it now works. They spent time with me going over thermostat. I plan on getting a and electrostatic air cleaner on my next visit. Very happy with service.
