I was surprised at how well the Peterman Brothers technician was at being both professional and customer-focused. Unlike other companies where they try to act as a salesman to push whatever product the company had, he provided a dialogue to discuss the issues with my bathroom sink and asked my input when determining the best course of action. One of my best experiences with a HVAC/Plumbing company.

Best in town. When my furnace failed in 2017 while in chemo treatments, they installed anew furnace the same day which ran into the evening hours. They have my business for life.

Service was good, clear, and well-priced. There are coupons available online. The tech was a bit too talkative, and politics came up a few times. Took a little too long as well, mostly due to the tech.
