Every drain was backing up, making for unlivable and unsafe conditions. He followed safety guidelines, was courteous, efficient, thorough, and completed the job in a timely fashion. We had Peterman Brothers for three and a half years. We moved into our house and within a few months the water heater failed after being less than 5 years old that have been purchased by the previous owners of the house. So we called Peterman to service the water heater and told us we needed to replace it. We replace the water heater and less than 3 years later this water heater has failed. Save yourself the money and headache and go with another company. I paid ****** dollars to get a tankless water heater installed in my home 3 years ago. In those 3 years, my water heater has been down 5/6 times. By the time I get someone to come out here, its a few days, they come, tell me they need to order the part and then come back a few days later. This time, I called friday, they came Monday afternoon.
