They did a great job! The gentleman that arrived were here quick! They were courteous and very thorough when explaining everything to me. A third gentleman arrived to help with a camera and was very knowledgeable and personable. They handled everything and got my house flowing again! Overall great experience, Thanks!

My technician was friendly, and efficient. They came out on a Sunday, mitigated the leak and had parts and repairs completed Tuesday. Highly recommend using Peterman Brothers, we will be using them again for any future needs.

*****************, a technician with Snappy Services, LLC, was able to complete and resolve the drainage issue in my rental home. Every drain was backing up, making for unlivable and unsafe conditions. He followed safety guidelines, was courteous, efficient, thorough, and completed the job in a timely fashion. He explained to me what the problem had been and also what he had done to fix it. I would highly recommend Snappy Services, LLC, for plumbing services, give ***************** 5 stars for his specialty service!!
Called for a water leak. It was misdiagnosed 3 times. The first misdiagnosis cost me a new Furnace and AC unit. 30 minutes after Peterman Brothers HVAC employee left my house my AC stopped working. Another certified HVAC TECH had to be called out. One who has regularly maintained the furnace and AC, asked "what did they do" They were closed after my wife alerted that the house was super warm. Turns out the Freon was let out. They advised me that the water was due to the older Furnace and AC, but all along it was fine because... read more

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT CANCELLED VIA TEXT on the DAY of SERVICE I had a plumbing maintenance appointment scheduled for Oct. 7th between noon and 5 PM. I received a text at 11:27 AM confirming I was on the schedule. At 1:23 PM, I received a text stating that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I have never had a company cancel an appointment on the day of service, and I find it to be totally unacceptable. I guess Peterman really does treat customers like they are family! I am cancelling my maintenance agreement.
