Worst repair place customer service Ive ever had . They came to fix a Gas leak and didnt put everything back together right. So the *********** would turn the gas on until they came back out to fix it correctly which they said they couldnt come back out until a Friday which was 48hrs later so I had to pay someone else to fix they mess up so my family would be cold . Peterman **** are a total rip off and should have no right to do business with hard working people trying to take care of their families. I am disgusted that this company is even allowed to practice. Peterman **** told me my furnace is out of date and a knock off brand and is leaking carbon monoxide and not to run it at all. I had Peterman Brothers come to my rental house in ******** to unclog my two clean outs. They charged me $165 and was unable to unclog the clean outs. On the other hand, Royal Flush Plumbing was able to unclog the clean outs in less than a half hour. I would warn others to not call Peterman Brothers for plumbing problems!

I called Peterman's for their $83 drain clearing. They sent a relatively new trainee who was courteous and professional but couldn't clear the drain. Someone was to contact me the next day and send a technician with a camera. The next day, I didn't receive a call so I called the company about mid-day. I called again around late afternoon. It's 5 days later and I have not received any kind of call. I called today to cancel my $16/monthly fee to their ************* Membership. Once again, they were courteous and professional.

Called to ask for the base fee for replacing a garbage disposal and reseating a toilet. Would not give me any Idea where the cost start. I had to arrange to have someone come to my house and charge me $85 just to get an idea.

The installers failed to hook up the gas to the furnace so when I turned the heat on there wasnt any. The company offered no compensation for their mistake.I think thats a pretty big mistake!!

The technician was very polite, timely and knowledgeable. I do feeli was way overcharged for having a sump pump replaced. Over $500.00 for a ****** pump, and less than a half hour to install. With the heavy rains that day I wanted a replacement.

Peterman Brothers repaired a septic line in our neighbors backyard, which meets with our backyard. This was on 08/16/21. The company brought heavy equipment down the easement, came to the entrance of our neighbors yard and made a wide turn up into our yard and peeled our grass back with deep ruts. I have made seven telephone calls to Petermans since 09/03/21. To date, after many promises to do so, no one has returned my call. Today, I held for 25 minutes with still no results.
