Very disappointed in the service we received. I had called for service and specifically told them we were on well and septic, the technicians that were sent out told me they were not familiar with septic, this started a string of issues. They could not clear the clog so they called another technician which we were told had knowledge of septic and he was bringing a camera. When he arrived they worked in the clog a bit longer and no results. The technician with the camera told us they had a turbo snake that would work however ... read more

They are bad and rude not profetional they are overpriced . They gave me the price $485.00 to fix minor outside pump sump pipe . after saving $85.00 from member service . But I was able to Fix by myself just only $4.44.. I was also offered the plumber $250..00 he says better to leave empty . They are loosers . Don't ever deal with them.The job time to fix was only 20 minute .

THEY ARE ASHAMED OF THEIR OWN PRICE GOUGING. $400+/HR. AND OVER 200% ****-UP ON PARTS. SADLY, THIS IS FOR THEIR "MEMBERS." MAKE SURE YOU GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE!!! While the employees that were assigned to come out and unclog 2 drains were very professional and nice my concerns lie in the inability to diagnose a problem and then leaving with the problem unresolved despite the added expense. We had 2 clogged drains we wanted cleared. They were to be $80 per drain like they advertised. Their process did not clear the drains so they suggested something else. More money. Bought heating and air unit that was installed on June 28. June 8 service came out to check why unit was so loud. They wasnt here 20 minutes. Was told they would reduce speed if *** but noise could not be adjusted. At this point I have missed 1 1/2 days from work. this company bought out another local company, so we called them. Upon meeting the first man, he extracted an initial fee of $300.oo with the prospect of a 10% discount on the actual work. Our sewer line was backed up. With Petermans camera, he explained that the tiles were broken throughout, and that a complete replacement was needed. Then the cost would be $8000.oo with no repair of the ground after completion OR $13,000.00 with interest with complete landscaping.
