I rushed in this evening after my dog rolled in a dead animal carcass, thus making him smell like a dumpster in July. The two young women working had already sanitized and closed the pet wash for the evening, but after hearing of my predicament graciously allowed me to sneak in a quick wash. Honestly, this saved the air in our home and my sanity. I know this caused them extra work tonight and I am so grateful for their customer service. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff here, but tonight the women went above and beyond to help me out!

I used the curbside pick up yesterday. It was so easy! Literally minutes after I ordered, it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, I called to let them know I was there and they brought it out to me. Will definitely use curbside again!
