We had lost heat and hot water. Service was very responsive once we got through. (The automated phone message for the past two years has always said "due to high volume...." Maybe tough to find people to staff phones ? ) BUT - once our technician arrived, the issue was diagnosed and corrected within an hour. Very polite and professional technician.

Fuel delivery was made with plenty of fuel left in tank. The tank cover was properly secured correctly after fill-up.
