I had an excellent experience with Petro. We had a problem with our furnace after the storm. The response time was immediate and the technician was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, identified and resolved the problem effectively and even cleaned up when he was done. We were very pleased.

Technician who came in to review our system which is a Honeywell outdoor reset system was very competent with regard to this technology. He quickly ran through diagnostics And was able to certify what was going on and resolve the concerns that we had. In addition Rob did around your tuneup and was able to achieve and efficiency that was much higher than we normally get.
