Thought I had issue with chimney. The tech pointed out what it was and was not an issue. He also did a tune up on furnace when he wasn’t called for that. My wife and I were very great full with everything going on with the pandemic. Very polite and explained everything what was fixed

I called on Sunday, Easter, the middle of the virus and I got service immediately! The service expert entered the basement from the basement door and kept a distance explaining the issue. He was able to correct the issue and left us with hot water and heat. It was a great experience in tough times. Petro has never disappointed us.
