I called twice today to make an appointment as a new patient and both times I was helped by CARLOS. I found him to be exceptionally efficient as well as kind and compassionate. He answered all my questions with such patience and kindness. The other lady that I spoke to briefly while holding for Carlos was also very kind. Setting up a new patient appointment with Cynthia was so easy! She was able to schedule an appointment for just a few days. Usually, new patients have a long wait! Have not yet seen the doctor.
