After my experience at Altamonte Springs, I will never recommend these people to anyone had me waiting for almost an hour just to tell me the doctor can’t see me,ans I got a reschedule I would not recommend this place to anyone
This clinic give you an appointment at 1:00 pm and they call you at 3:00 pm. You can not see the same provider in every appointment because they change them frequently. Definetily I need to look for a different clinic.
April 2023 I chose this group because of my research for a Primary Care Professional. I chose Dr Doris Leon Conception. She did not fail me. However, this has been the worth experience dealing with the back-office group of unprofessional dealing with your referral requests provided by your specialists. We are told, referral are never received when sent sometime up to 3 times or wrong code or other excuses. Your health is handled by NON MEDICAL STAFF. AnneT.
