Dos citas seguidas sin poder ver al Dr. Rosario, la primera no me llamaron para decirme que no iba a estar ese día, y cuando llegué me dieron otra cita para el día 1 de nov. 2022 a la 1:30 pm. A las 2:00 pm salio la gerente a decirme que no sab[ia cuando me podían atender porque el Dr. Rosario estaba con un paciente desde la mañana, es decir más de2 o3 horas. QUIÉN VA A CREER TAL MENTIRA. TERRIBLE !!!!!! They asked us to come in 30min early don’t understand why. Forms was already sign through their website. Waiting hour to see the doctor. We left because none of the staff let the patients know that the doctor was running late. Now I have to wait another month so my parent can see a PCP. Never will recommend my family to go here.
