Phil had the lowest rates and the lowest closing costs, even getting us a CLOSING CREDIT, when all the other banks wanted to charge us many thousands of dollars in origination fees, lender fees, etc. Beyond the just the numbers, though, Phil was easy to work with and incredibly fast, thorough, and patient with his responses to our many questions.
