Overall, there seemed to be a disconnect or some confusion with Caitie and communicating amendments, getting accurate numbers in the preclosing documents, and getting the info she wanted. Also, having a 3rd party random person call to get consent to verify another loan with a loan company that didn't service my loan caught me off guard.
