Phil was incredibly helpful and patient! He never made us feel like we were bugging him and always welcomed our many many many questions since it was our first home. Philip was beyond wonderful in my process of buying a home. He was actually the first person I contacted for the whole process. He was kind, knowledgeable, prompt and on time for everything.
