Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. This is our favorite local restaurant. Food is always delicious and service is always top notch
A rare occasion for us to be out during the pandemic. But their Restaurant Week menu looked really good. They had removed tables so the spacing felt adequate. Great server, great food. With the pandemic, going out has and will be rare. But Phoenix City Grille has done a good job of adapting. Will go back!

Chef Micah and his team do an outstanding job. This was a top notch dinner from top to bottom and made for a great end to my birthday. Starting with the drinks, their whiskey selection is second to none in the valley, featuring all of the high-end bourbons you could possibly ask for and many that you've never even heard of. I went with the famous Garrison Brothers Balmorhea for the night and my fiancee had a wonderful strawberry-ginger mule. We love this place. Excellent service, staff and the very best bread pudding.
The Phoenix City Grille never disappoints! My dad and I enjoyed dinner from their Restaurant Week menu, and loved every bite. My meal included a salad, a delicious trout dish, and a decadent chocolate torte which made me want to lick the plate. This restaurant is a family favorite whether it be for every day dining, a great happy hour, or a special occasion.
The food was great service was very good. Good social distance. We had a lovely time
