Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. We had not been to the restaurant since pandemic. The great news is we found the same balanced menu, great food and great service. We will be back soon.
Pricey for what you get. Ate dinner with my Dad and did not even order an appetizer or cocktail or glass of wine, only water, dinner salads and and an entree each (salmon and mixed stir fry - nothing special) and the bill was $72, $80 with tip.
Phoenix City Grille never disappoints! The Mule's were perfectly concocted and iced, and the food was excellent. I had the baby back pork ribs, a melt-in-your-mouth fav, and my friend had the beef short rib, which was also delicious. Always can count on PCG for a wonderful experience and meal!
Fantastic food, spot on service, good variety of foods, One of the best restaurants in the Phoenix area. Love that they take reservations.
Our food was delicious and plentiful. We had reservations and were seated quickly, but we did not have any person from the wait staff to take our order, until I stopped someone and asked! Once our food was delivered, everything went very well.
