This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

PCG has good food and drinks at a reasonable price. They do not skimp on the liquor in the cocktails as do some pricier restaurants.
The Bethany Home chopped salad is a sure bet! Those who had the chicken with horseradish mashed potatoes were happy with it, and the vegetarian made a meal from black bean soup and fingerling potatoes.
Just a lovely neighborhood jewel. The wait staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They really know how to make one feel welcomed.
I wanted to take my wife somewhere nice so I signed up for a reservation. There was a "special requests" box on that web page, so I asked for a booth with a little privacy. When we got there, the best booth in the house had a "reserved" sign on it, just for us. We dine at PCG maybe three times a year so it's a special place for us. The food was awesome, as usual, and the service was excellent. We like this restaurant very much - never been disappointed.
